Ah, CJ! It's not that you and Emily are "dumb". It's just that you don't think with the mind of a child! If you think he's learning from the teachers, just WAIT until you find out what he learns from his PEERS! *rolling my eyes* Even my students with fairly significant disabilities learn to fart with their armpits, burp on command, etc. You'll wonder why you ever sent Chris to school! LOL

That's funny! I have about 4 years before I have a teenager but he's already getting lippy like one! Or at least like me when I was a teenager!

Yesterday we went to Otter Creek here in Kentucky for Labor Day. We went with some friends. After hiking the kids wanted to play in the creek. So we told them we had to go to the cars first to get some more water and then they could go wading. The kids kept pestering to go to the water. We kept saying they could go wading in just a bit. Jannie, my youngest, finally exclaimed out of frustration, "Why do you keep telling us to wade? I'm tired of wading!" (Think wait and waiting! LOL)!
