London Police have foiled an attempt by terrorists to smuggle liquid chemicals onto US-bound flights from the UK and blow them up causing massive of life in a coordinated effort. As many as six flights were believed to have been targeted on multiple airlines from Continental to United.

For the immediate future all flights in/from the UK have banned passengers from hand carrying any packages on its flights. Laptop computers, mobile phones, iPods, and remote controls were among the items banned from being carried on board. 21 people were arrested overnight in connection with plot and the investigation is still ongoing. Those arrested were mainly young, British-born Asian men.

If you plan on traveling soon, you should know that almost all liquids can be added to list of ridiculous things being banned on U.S. flights. You can pretty much kiss any personal hygiene goodbye. The Department of Homeland Security is taking this threat as a serious, current threat.

"Due to the nature of the threat revealed by this investigation, we are prohibiting any liquids, including beverages, hair gels, and lotions from being carried on the airplane," the DHS statement said.

This just adds to the list of deadly weapons you can't take on flights like Eyelash Curlers, Nail Clippers, Nail Files, Toy Transformer Robots, Tweezers, Swords, Spear Guns, Bows and Arrows, Ammunition, and AK-47 assault rifles. Yes, this is an actual list released by the TSA.

You see what these terrorists have done to us?!?! It's time to really kill them all and stop this PC, "kill them with kindness", negotiation vice liquidation mindset the peaceniks out there are trying to force us into.

And terrorism planning isn't limited to just the UK.

MARIETTA, Ohio – Two men were charged Wednesday with money laundering in support of terrorism after authorities said they found airplane passenger lists and information on airport security checkpoints in their car.

Deputies stopped Osama Sabhi Abulhassan, 20, and Ali Houssaiky, 20, both of Dearborn, Mich., on a traffic violation Tuesday. They found the flight documents along with $11,000 cash and 12 phones in the car, said Washington County Sheriff Larry Mincks.

Don't think some cellphones and Wal-Mart locations are a big deal. Remember what happened in January? Michelle Malkin does.

I agree with kill them all. People don't realize that they are here on U.S. Soil. They are in our towns, work in stores we shop in and are even our neighbors.

I can't wait for the liberal groups now to protest that their rights are being taken away because they can't go onto airplanes will cellphones, laptops or ipods.

I wish people would start using their heads for more then a place to put a hat!!

Bow and arrow?? Poor Robinhood lol. How can an eyelash curler be a deadly weapon?? I don't even own one…just wondering…it gave me a laugh lol. But I'm glad theyre being so strict…

  3. CJ says:

Personally, I'll think they're overdoing it. They need to be looking at the PEOPLE getting on the planes, not the THINGS people are bringing on.

TOOTHPASTE is now banned?! Come on!

  4. Cpl M says:

Boss, think about it. The wack jobs can't accomplish the mission without the key tools needed in the mission. How about we continue the strict materials policy and step up the screening of people?

  5. Myself, I think I can deal with a little bit of inconvenience for security sake. I do agree though, that looking at the people boarding the planes and their behavior should also be done. I know that some people will probably scream "profiling" but my thought is that I'd much rather be safe when flying than worry about someone getting their feelings hurt because the security personnel at the airport were being careful.

I don't know if they've gone too far or not, but if this keeps up, we're all gonna smell like the French!

  7. Lauren says:

I wouldn't have a problem with having to wait longer on lines at airports. I don't put anything past Terrorists. If they could figure out a way to put explosives in toothpaste they would.

My husband used to do a work contract at Heathrow which wasn't long after 9/11. He deliberatly used to leave his badge and pass in the van to see how often he would be stopped. He was never stopped!
What worries me more about the whole "blowing up a plane plan" is the background staff of an airport. Whats to stop some terrorist from getting a job in bagage handling and planting a bomb there whilst he/she is loading up the plane. Very few of the British Muslims/terrorists caught or identified had any previous convictions.
And lastly I have to agree with Lauren on this one. Most of these terrorists have been educated at some of Britians best universities…she's right if they can find a way I'm sure they will…after all they probably have the full collection of James Bond DVD's!

Heres the deal. Those who would run away from the war say the way to deal with terrorists is to give them nice homes and jobs and a reason to live. Well I propose that is hog wash. Look at the Home grown terrorists they discovered in Canada and now these in England. They all had nice homes, jobs, money, a reason to live and what did they do. Figure out ways to blow up thousands of people.

This is a no talk war. There is no amount of talk going to stop these evil people. This is a 100 years war that started about 30 years ago.

Good luck Democrats. I suggest all of you go over to the Middle east and build them condos, load them up with Plasma tvs and see how it works.
