Presto Donates Five Hundred Mother’s Day Gifts to Military Moms
May 1st, 2007 by Admin
It’s always a challenge to find the perfect gift on Mother’s Day, but Presto & USA Cares have teamed up to offer 500 service members the opportunity to give their mothers and grandmothers a special Mother’s Day gift – the gift of staying in touch.
Presto Services, Inc. and USA Cares, a leading military charitable organization, is donating 500 Presto/HP Printing Mailboxes and a free three month Presto Service subscription to mothers and grandmothers of service members. Nearly all military personnel use email at their bases and, while many families increasingly depend on email to stay in touch, about three out of four mothers (76%) and more than half of grandmothers (60%) agreed that advancements in technology such as cell phones and email sometimes leave the older generations feeling left out, according to a recent survey commissioned by Presto and conducted by Harris Interactive.
The Presto Service converts email and digital photo attachments into Presto Mail. The Presto/HP Printing Mailbox automatically prints the mail on beautiful full-color lay-outs. With Presto, service Members can continue to use the convenience of email at base, and mom or grandma can receive mail everyday.
The first 500 active service members of the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force or Marines who sign up at www.USACares.us will be able to send their mother or grandmother a Presto/HP Printing Mailbox and free three month Presto Service subscription for Mother’s Day, courtesy of Presto Services, Inc.
So, hurry up and spread the word to those troops you correspond with frequently and have them sign up for this truly generous gift.
