In that interview Tracy states that the foundation had lawyers and doctors already signed up to help. That statement was false, we had not gotten that far yet. We were still trying to get the 501c3 set up. Also, the foundation was not to be built FOR Tracy BY Jana. It was to be created to fight for the right of all civilian contractors working abroad. Tracy and I were to head up the sexual assault section. I wont speak for others, but after that interview I decided I did not want to be involved with someone that would make such false statements. Again, as for collecting money on this site, the donation button is in the sidebar and shows up on every page of the blog. You state that we are "advertising Tracys story on the front cover". I think you should go to the top of the page and click on the home button and you will see that the only thing on the front page about Tracy is in the comment section in the sidebar that shows the latest comments. No where do I see ANY links or buttons that say we are collecting money in Tracy's name. The only donation button on the site plainly states it is for the "Grisham Legal Fund". This was a kind gesture to be built for Tracy by Jana. The only people on this foundation were to be family members and as Jana had stated she would create it and than it was Tracys. Than all of the sudden every one wanted in on it and wanted to advertise all of their personal views, insults and jokes. Every single one of you lost site of what it was originally created for. So Tracy and I pulled out because that was not the purpose or goal of the War Zone Workers. All of the sudden after we pulled out none of you wanted to do it anymore. You had the floor to do anything you wanted but not one of you wanted to go forward and ruined everything and destroyed the true purpose. As for collecting money based on Tracys story even if Tracy sat on the phone and told you hher story to you not once did she authorize you to collect money using her name nor did she ever agree to be affiliated with you in regaards to any funds. In fact you are very lucky she has not served you with a law suit as of yet requesting that money in full or even to stop. How ever I bet the IRS would be interested in knowing what you are doing. Her attorney is correct and if I were you I would speak to an attorney immediately and seek advice on this matter because what you are doing as far as using Tracys story and than asking for money is against the law when you do not have a signed consent form from Tracy. you are advertising Tracys story on the front cover. Do not respond in arguing. Respond after you speak to a lawyer with your lawyers name and number and what he/she says. I guarantee they wil indeed tell you to remove it immediately and be prepare to give that money to Tracy and or split it with all stories up to the time Tracy discovered the money. As for your responses you need to do spell check consent is spelled incorrectly and as for her previous attorneys they have nothing to do with the fact she may have given you her story or the fact that you are benefiting from her life story without permission and what that means is you are making money off of Tracy without her consent, contract not once did Tracy say yes you can request donations based off my life story.
