Exclusive: Obama VP's New World Order Aspirations
August 26th, 2008 by Admin
Everyone (except Hillary Clinton's supporters) seems to be pleased with the choice of Senator Joseph Biden as Senator Barack Obama's choice of VP. There's a lot of attention on Biden's negative comments about Obama and positive comments towards McCain, but that's really semantics. The real issue that everyone should be focusing on isn't even in the press yet. And I doubt they'll even investigate or publicize this if they knew anyway. Prepare for something you'll only find on ASP.
Joe Biden has claimed multiple times Saddam "illegally used American aid to buy arms", "slaughter[ed]…his own Kurdish citizens", and used American intelligence to aid in his invasion into Kuwait. That's not even the most damning of Biden's own claims. He boldly proclaimed, "Saddam provided safe haven for the world's most infamous terrorists." WHAT!?!?! I thought this war was NOTHING about terrorism! But, that's not all. Biden also stated that Saddam had a "manifest quest for chemical and nuclear weapons."
I know what the liberal robots are saying: Bush misled him. Interestingly, Biden has been making this case since 1992!! As a matter of fact, Biden published a 56 page "vision" in 1992 in which he published each of these statements and more.
The title of Biden's "vision" is "The Wilsonian Vision and American Foreign Policy in the 1990's and Beyond." Translation: I'm all for the New World Order. As a matter of fact, his paper is broken into three parts.
I. On the Threshold of the New World Order
II. An American Agenda for the New World Order
III. Fulfilling the Wilsonian Vision
To really understand the purpose of Biden's foreign policy white paper, you should probably know what the Wilsonian Vision is. Wilsonianism is based upon former President Woodrow Wilson's "14 Points" speech to Congress in the early 1900s. Parts of this vision include the removal of borders and completely free and unrestricted trade among nations. It calls for the removal of all armaments except the bare necessities needed for domestic safety. Sound familiar? Think Obama's call for the destruction of ALL American nuclear weapons and a refusal to build more, regardless of what our adversaries may have. Finally, it calls for the restructuring of Europe along ethnic and nationalist lines.
Among the few points I'll agree with Biden on with regard to his paper is the first Bush Administration's failure to remove Saddam from power when we had the chance. But, the then goes on to chastise the government for failing to implement a New World Order after Saddam would have been removed. He boldly urged that "we revive the concept of a new world order…and invest in it a vision that should become the organizing principle of American foreign policy in the 1990's and into the next century."
For those who don't understand the concept of the "New World Order", allow me to 'splain! By today's standards, the New World Order can be easily translated to mean a real "United Nations" in which there is a world court, a world police force, a world government, etc. American would become subservient to this new government and be forced to obey it's laws. We would, like all nations signing onto the agreement, cease to become an autonomous nation and a part of the "one planet, one government" mentality. The United Nations constitution would replace our constitution.
Biden is a smart man and understood that in order for such a plan to work, it would need "a sound base of public support." The then posed the thesis "do we have a base of public understanding that will with resolute leadership sustain such a policy?" His answer was "emphatically in the affirmative."
"Indeed, I believe the American people stand ready for far more visionary change than the current administration [Bush Senior] is capable of providing." Wow!
I find it interesting that back in 1992 when this paper was published, Mr. Biden complained that our standard of living in the United States had stagnated. We could not go any further in our society. Unfortunately, the "change" this country so needs would not come along for another 16 years in the form of one Barack Obama. Isn't it amazing then how much true progress this country has actually seen through those years? The economy improved by leaps and bounds. The United States wrestled the title of the nation with the most millionaires.
Biden complains about our failure to articulate a compelling set of goals, a skepticism about politicians, and a "national crisis of confidence." He submits that in order to overcome these crisis, we need a "clear conception of a new world order." Biden thinks that everything this country does must be in harmony with the international community. We are not a sovereign nation. Rather our purpose as a nation is to "promote an international environment" of harmony. In fact, Biden rails against the "America First" mentality. And this man wants to be Vice President of…um…AMERICA!!
Obama recently completed a world tour in which he ignored most of the troops he went to visit in the Middle East and basked in the celebrity spotlights of Europe. With Obama's choice of Biden and his new world order philosophy, one can't help but compare this trip to that of Woodrow Wilson's trip to Paris in 1919. Tens of thousands of Europeans cheered Wilson and his 14 points of the new world order as well. Interesting, how both Obama and Wilson had to go to a foreign continent to gain approval for their foreign policies. Biden claims that those tens of thousands of Europeans cheering Wilson actually represented "millions worldwide for whom America's President embodied a transcendent hope." Hope? Why does that sound familiar? In other words, Wilson embodied a concept of "change".
"For one extended and luminous moment," Biden opines. "[Wilson] became the best known, most popular leader the world had ever seen ascending to a political stature attained by no other person before or since." That is, before Obama? Does Biden still feel the same way?
There are a lot of people who claim that President Bush is merely a puppet to his Vice President, Richard Cheney. Granted, Cheney had a LOT more political experience in his little finger than Bush did in his whole body when he took office. Likewise, we find ourselves in the exact same situation with respect to an Obama/Biden ticket. Would it be such a leap to suggest that Biden would be a powerful influence over a President Obama? Just as Cheney is to blame for all of Bush's so-called foreign policy blunders, Biden would wield a great amount of influence over the inexperienced Obama. With both candidates possessing such extreme views, this New World Order wouldn't be far behind the January 20th swearing in of a Democratic Presidency.
I'll let this sink in a bit. Mr. Biden broke his NWO policy into three parts, spread out through three days of testimony. I'll address part 2 titled, "American Agenda for the New World Order: A. Cementing the Democratic Foundation; B. Forging a New Strategy of Containment", given in the Senate on June 30, 1992, in the next post (provided I don't get bored with my nerdiness).

Damn it, if the McCain campaign does not use this info in any of their ads then they are obviously run by chimps. Don't get me wrong, I have always liked McCain's campaign ads, but they should use this too.
At the beginning of the second paragraph, do you really mean "Joe Biden" instead of "Barack Obama"???
Miss Ladybug:
Thank you for pointing out that even ASP – or its commentary – can be taken one way or the other … the facts are the facts, but those same facts are always open to interpretation.
CJ…God Bless your "nerdiness!" Your research and your analysis helps us to make our own decisions about the upcoming election. I, for one, will make it a point to look for this paper, and read it, in order to get a better understanding just why my instincts are telling me to vote for the other guys.
Miss Ladybug, thanks for the correction. I got in a zone and the two extremists became one. CF, name one thing I've lied about! I'm not perfect – but definitely do more research than the media – and admit that my 80 wpm that I type leads to some misstypes. How much can you "interpret" facts when they are explained over the course of 56 pages in a very detailed plan?!
I had told myself that I would not chime in on the political debate on this blog, but I cannot let this one go.
Think on this, the Republican Party has been touting "A New World Order" for some time. President Bush's speeches are peppered with the phrase.
RG, you are correct. Yes, Bush 41 is the one responsible for resurrecting the phrase. At the time, I was against it when he said it as well. The interesting thing about Biden's paper is that he FAULTS Bush for not taking it far enough. He complains that after Bush repelled Iraq he had the perfect opportunity to capitalize on the successes and move towards this NWO goal and squandered it!
You are right that the Republicans have called for it in the past, but it bit them in the ass and that's why we didn't reelect Bush for a second term. I can't find anything since Bush where this is being pushed by Republicans or Democrats besides Biden.
And, RG, that's a pretty lame argument for a ticket that is running on "change" from the Republican way of doing things.
CJ, I am not arguing for or against NWO. I was merely bringing up the fact that this is not a one party deal.
This is scary sh*t to me
And by the way. Do you think that Bush II does not have the same agenda that his father had?
Actions speak louder than words and this president has acted on the NWO.
If anything, this president has done the OPPOSITE of the NWO strategy by being so isolationist. We practically went into Iraq alone. Granted it was a "coalition", but our forces were 90% of the fight when we went in. This is completely contradictory to the NWO plan. Under the NWO, the Iraq would be invaded by a "League of Nations" wearing blue helmets and using a single strategy.
This changed as things settled down in Iraq and more nations were sent under the UN banner to assist with peacekeeping. Yes, it is "scary sh*t".
The real problem with all this "New World Order" crap is that it is an order based on the "Top Down" system. Hitler used the euphemism many times and we all know what kind of top down system they created. Any excuse will do when it comes to political manipulations of the population for their own ends. Setting aside our U.S. Constitution in favor of the U.N. Charter over the world would not help us preserve our rights and liberties. Most of our rights are preserved in the case law based on the common law created over the last few centuries starting with the Magna Carta. The U.S. Declaration of Independence recognizes the source of our rights and the U.S. Constitution additionally recognizes them and further restricts the Federal Government to the enumerated responsibilities listed therein. The NWO is an attempt by the One Worlders to set aside all limits on their power and we will see the establishment of a system that further protects them from our influence as citizens. Unlimited power is exactly what our nation's founding fathers sought to prevent and unfortunately our current group of political leaders seem to believe only in themselves and their ability to "change" things for ???????
Change for the sake of change may be good for a few, but beware the special interests that have learned well to influence the system for their own advantage and leave the majority unconnected and powerless in the lurch and paying the bills for the few.
The New World Order is all about Our World under their Order.
CJ and Roman General: It might be of interest to you to know that so far, every one of the presidential hopefuls (Obama, McCain, Clinton, if the lawsuit against Obama proves that Obama is disqualified from being the president due to not being born in the U.S. – as I have also heard of McCain) are members of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), whose expressed agenda is to bring about a world government. VP hopeful, Biden may or may not be CFR, though his statements reveal him to be.
Thanks CJ for enlightening us about Joe Biden and others and the "New World Order"! I'm like you, it is scary to think about and I do pray that whomever is president doesn't use his power to inject us into the new world organization. I've seen how the U.N. runs things and they are a bunch of losers trying to do the worlds business. I sure wouldn't want our troops to have to fight under the U.N. banner!
I have a firm faith in the average American citizen and their belief in our constitution. I firmly believe that if ANY politician or political party tries to throw away our constitution and remove our rights, the American people will rise up in revolt. Our country has already had one civil war, and we may be on the road to another. Politicians need to look at the majority with a realistic eye and see that they will only stand for so much. Underestimating the average American citizen and their love of freedom is a huge mistake for Obama and Biden to make. Hopefully, if elected, they will obey the limits the constitution places on them. If not, I foresee this country tearing itself apart.
Does anyone wonder how much taxes the UN will impose on the US after the NWO has taken shape? Certainly they will 'tax the rich Americans' until we are no longer rich or even prosperous. The UN is already complaining that we don't 'give' enough money away to the rest of the world.
Cross-posted in all *my* places! Thank you CJ!
This talk is ridiculous. Not only is the US *not* going to agree to become subservient to the UN, it would take a constitutional amendment to do so.
I don't know why people debate silliness like this.
The only way there will be a New World Order within our lifetimes, is if the US gains a whole lot more states!
Soupy,
This isn't silliness. These are actual proposals by a man that wants to be the Vice President of this country. I took HIS words directly from HIS mouth. If you'd like a copy of HIS speech, send me an email and see for yourself.
I'm glad to see that this information is being shared.
The press certainly won't report this.
Thank you!
willnevergive...ordpress.com
Thanks, CJ. You put it out there in much greater detail than I ever could have; but you most certainly delved into why I shuddered when I heard the name Biden attached to Obama's. I pray that somebody will point this information out to Mr. McCain and that his staff will find a way to use it. It's vital.
Ellie and a few others, "Mr." McCain is part of the NWO agenda.
canadafreepre...article/2424
And Soupy, the Constitution already allows for treaties to subvert itself.
Melanie,
The difference between what you're quoting and what Biden is saying is that McCain never uses the word "New World Order" and doesn't have a literal plan for one. Biden, on the other hand, has a 60 page instruction manual on thrusting us into one.
Here's the deal: neither candidate is going to be a good representative of democracy in this country. One is Socialist and the other is…hell, I can't even describe it.
There's a HUGE difference between being a "globalist" and pushing for a "New World Order". Nice try though. I'm more likely to buy your argument if you can produce McCain's plan for NWO.
McCain is a member of the CFR.
en.wikipedia....gn_Relations
He uses the language of the NWO agenda, especially where he pushes for democracy in the MidEast, "rule of law".
He doesn't have to have a personal plan for it. The Council has a working plan inprogress.
Okay, Melanie, then what is this plan? The council on foreign relations is geared towards creating leaders in dealing with foreign policy, not creating a new world order. The fact of the matter is that the United States and ALL nations need to work with each other in some fashion. There is nothing wrong with that. Just because someone works on foreign policy doesn't make it a new world order. If that were the case we would already be under one! Your assumptions are asinine.
I didn't write an article about the New World Order and publish it on the web where others may comment on it.
So please refrain from calling me asinine for challenging YOUR assumptions.
Like I said, McCain doesn't have to use the term
Melanie, I wrote a post based off WRITINGS of the socialist, globalist Biden. You show me a 68 page dissertation by McCain on the subject and you'll be darn tootin' I'll write up a similar post against McCain!!
Woah, I hit the submit button on accident.
McCain does not have to have a plan, and he does not have to use the term "New World Order". He uses the same language that George Bush Sr. used in his New World Order speech to Congress, as I said, especially when referring to the push for Democracy in the Mideast(Iraq right now), calling for the "rule of law". This phrase is basic for the NWO, and refers to International law, which subordinates State foreign policy to it.
Mikhail Gorbachev used the phrase in the same context in his address to the U.N.General Assembly in 1987.
What is this "huge difference" between a globalist and the New World Order? It is one and the same. They have the same bases and tennets. They use the same language.
The Wilsonian "Vision" has been passed on through the CFR, which started the War and Peace studies covertly with the State Dept. This all led to specific "globalist" plans, the World Order Models Project, and the 1980's project.
What different New World Order are you talking about?
Melanie said: "He uses the same language that George Bush Sr. used in his New World Order speech to Congress"
Still waiting on your quotes. You haven't proven anything yet. You can talk all day long and not say a thing. Put up or shut up. Provide some proof.
Sure. No problem.
"While upbeat about security gains, McCain was more sober when the conversation turned to the political situation and the capabilities of the government of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki.
"All of us are frustrated with some of the progress they haven't made, particularly provincial elections," McCain said.
"……So they need to pass the oil revenue-sharing — the hydrocarbon law. They need to have a better functioning government in many ways. They have got too many ministries. They have got too many bureaucracies. And rule of law is probably, if I had to set priority, frankly, the rule of law is the highest priority."
That's from this link:
cnn.com/2008/...s/index.html
and also:
%u201CRelations with our southern neighbors must be governed by mutual respect, not by an imperial impulse or by anti-American demagoguery. The promise of North, Central, and South American life is too great for that. I believe the Americas can and must be the model for a new 21st century relationship between North and South. Ours can be the first completely democratic hemisphere, where trade is free across all borders, where the rule of law and the power of free markets advance the security and prosperity of all.%u201D
That one's from the link I provided in my first post.
Here are the quotes from George Bush's New World Order speech, given to a joint session of Congress, on Sept 11th, 1990:
"As you know, I've just returned from a very productive meeting with Soviet President [Mikhail] Gorbachev, and I am pleased that we are working together to build a new relationship. In Helsinki, our joint statement affirmed to the world our shared resolve to counter Iraq's threat to peace. Let me quote: "We are united in the belief that Iraq's aggression must not be tolerated. No peaceful international order is possible if larger states can devour their smaller neighbors."
Clearly, no longer can a dictator count on East-West confrontation to stymie concerted United Nations action against aggression.
A new partnership of nations has begun, and we stand today at a unique and extraordinary moment. The crisis in the Persian Gulf, as grave as it is, also offers a rare opportunity to move toward an historic period of cooperation. Out of these troubled times, our fifth objective%u2014a new world order%u2014can emerge: A new era%u2014freer from the threat of terror, stronger in the pursuit of justice and more secure in the quest for peace. An era in which the nations of the world, east and west, north and south, can prosper and live in harmony.
A hundred generations have searched for this elusive path to peace, while a thousand wars raged across the span of human endeavor, and today that new world is struggling to be born. A world quite different from the one we've known.
A world where the rule of law supplants the rule of the jungle.
A world in which nations recognize the shared responsibility for freedom and justice. A world where the strong respect the rights of the weak.
This is the vision that I shared with President Gorbachev in Helsinki. He and the other leaders from Europe, the gulf and around the world understand that how we manage this crisis today could shape the future for generations to come."
Could you also provide a link to, or perhaps reproduce in full, Joe Biden's plan?
I'm asking you sincerely.
As I asked, how are they different? Are the basic tennets and the language used different?
We all want to know more about plans for world "order"(peace) and the U.N.'s "peacekeeping" definitions. It affects ALL of us.
I think we all better be concerned about our next President. Look at what is going on in our world right now. Most especially our economy and the recent Wall Street mess. I have done extensive research on this New World Order, and most of these candidates are groomed for the New World Order. According to what I have researched, the ones that did not support the New World Order were either assasinated or had assination attempts made on them. Right now, I am afraid that if we get the wrong one as President, that is where we are headed. Based on all I have heard and researched, I have to agree with CJ where Biden is concerned, but whatever the future holds as far as our President is concerned, I am afraid that we are about to see some things that we never dreamed we would see in our life times, and it scares me too.
Melanie, you do understand the difference between foreign policy and the New World Order, don't you? Cause you're not making your case here.
I can't post my answer!
I don't understand why I cannot post my answer, it may be too full of links or incompatible html?
I'll post in pieces:
CJ, NWO rides on foreign policy, among other things.
Joe Biden is not the originator of this idea. It has been around for a long time in one form or another. It doesn't really matter what it is called, it's a basic idea that govt. has worked toward for a long time.
1)A World Court
Exists. "The International Court of Justice (known colloquially as the World Court or ICJ; French: Cour internationale de Justice) is the primary judicial organ of the United Nations."
en.wikipedia....t_of_Justice
2) A World Police Force
Exists. They are working on the U.N.'s Standing Force of peacekeepers(police) to be deployed more rapidly.
globalpolicy..../standby.htm
en.wikipedia....peacekeepers
3) A World Government
"World Government, concept of a centralized global political organization and a common rule of law that would create international order and promote peace."
encarta.msn.c...ernment.html
There's that pesky phrase again!:
Rule of law
4) "Americans would become subservient to this new government and be forced to obey it's laws. The United Nations constitution would replace our constitution."
The U.N. Constitution does not need to replace the U.S. Constitution. Our Constitution already permits U.N. treaties to override and supersede the laws of the U.S.
(Article II, Section 2) He(the President) shall have the power by and with the advice and consent of the Senate to make treaties, provided two-thirds of the Senators present concur…
(Article VI) This Constitution, and the laws of the U.S. which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the U.S., shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every State shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or the laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding.
5)"We would, like all nations signing onto the agreement, cease to become an autonomous nation and a part of the "one planet, one government" mentality."
The U.S. and other nations are already moving toward this.
"…the end of the Cold War has produced a movement toward international cooperation on both a regional and global scale. Multinational agreements and organizations represent the willingness of nations to sacrifice a degree of sovereignty and autonomy for the benefits of cooperation. Examples include the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the World Trade Organization (WTO), and the European Union (EU). In addition, the UN has assumed a more central role in world affairs since the end of the Cold War."
McCain may not have written a plan himself, but he is definitely of this mindset and would make decisions toward it. You say we would already be under this NWO if foreign policy-makers and globalists had this agenda.
We are not because of the Security Council's Veto, and because of the Senate's required consent of treaties. Gotta love the checks and balances. The NWO is a complicated MASS effort that will take MANY years to implement. Joe Biden cannot do this singlehandedly. The recent bank buyouts seems to me to be a gutsy move toward a Centralized World Bank. McCain would maybe slow the progression toward it, he's such a disagreeable personality, and he most likely is NOT "for" nuclear disarmament, though he says he is.
To me, this election has brought more immediate threats to our basic freedoms with the McCain/Palin ticket. Women's rights to abortion, sex education that goes way beyond abstinence only, and the right to read any goddamn book I want to will be immediate threats if they are elected.
Melanie, I never said Biden was the originator of the NWO. The first Bush brought it up long before Biden did. That's why he only served one term, I'm sure. I don't care if he is the originator or not. I don't want a NWO supporter in the White House!! Biden makes no bones about his aspirations to lead us down that road and Obama is so inexperienced, Biden would easily influence him. And with a Yes-man Democratic congress backing them up, everything is on the table of possibility.
CJ, I know you didn't say he was the originator. My posts are just to point out that our govt., along with many other nations, have already moved toward a main govt, court, and police force that supersedes the sovereignty of autonomous States.
I don't like hearing about Biden's aspirations. It makes me really nervous. Has he written anything about it since 1992?
I do not like the McCain ticket in any way. I like Obama, and his ideas.
People who are afraid he is a socialist need to understand that he is proposing ideas that sound "radical" and "socialist" because we have gotten used to the 1% haves vs the 99%have-nots. We live in a society that is now entirely built on credit, all in the name of the American Dream, and it's just not realistic for the vast majority of us in this system.
So now we've bankrupted and buried ourselves in debt for the rest of most of our lives. People need hope, and a teeny bit of Socialism will not kill us. Nobody wants to live how Communist Russia once did, but we also don't want unfairly distributed wealth, nor a system that unfairly pays higher wages and hands out better tax breaks to CEO's than it does to our schoolteachers.
The rich get richer, the middle class disappears into poverty, and our prisons get larger and more filled everyday. Something is not right.
I am praying that the change coming is more for the good of all, instead of for the good of the elite.
kudos brother, you can see the truth. im happy that obama is the symbol we needed to end our dark past. but we have to be careful though because obama is political change, if that. the change we need is spiritual not just political. people all over the world need to believe in God(whatever that means to you) and love, not in a man running a major economy with a huge military.
god bless you.
I'm glad this discussion is taking place, but the obvious seems to go unnoticed. Bush I, Bush II, and Clinton are for NWO. Bush II was too stupid to successfully orchestrate a plan to continue the quest. Cheyney and Bush I's friends planned the inside job on 9/11. Prompted Bush II to go back to into Iraq. Hiked up gas prices while eliminating taxes on their buddies in American Oil companies. All this was done to continue their theme of scare tactics that cause us to submit to 'changes' in order to feel more secure. Now that our economy has seemingly gone to hell, we are even more desperate for 'change'. Now they have ushered in the new 'PATSY', Obama, to convince us that every new change we make is a change for the better. With Biden at his side we need to be fully aware of the consequences of 'change'. Obama isn't as inexperienced as many think. It is rumored that he also has ties to the Trilateral Committee, the CFR, the Masons, and other 'secret societies' in which the corrupt Bush family and other NWO promoters associate.
As far as McCain supporters go…..He has fallen in line with these people as well. The future of this country's government is inevitable as long as we blindly follow those that have their own agenda.
There was no way McCain was gonna win this election. The entire country is fed up with Bush and the Republicans. We have been convinced that 'Change' is mandatory. We were presented with a candidate that is half white American and half African. He is not the descendant of African-American slaves. White people could vote for him and not feel guilty because he is at least half white. Minorities would vote for him because the biggest 'change' we could have in the white house is to have a non white president. Everyone felt 'good' about their vote for 'change' and Obama/Biden rode the wave perfectly. Everything seemed too scripted for me. I'm convinced this was meant to be, for a reason. And we're about to find out what that reason is.
I would suggest you guys read thoroughly the zionist protocols then step back and look at this whole situation.
You will get a whole new perspective on what you thought your life was all about. You will find out that president bush has done a fantastic job with carrying out the agenda that was set forth for him. Biden called himself a zionist(look it up on youtoube).
Mccain is a puppet also of the world bankers. I know people say that the protocols are a forgery, actually they are plagiarism. The people that don't want you to believe them(which if you actually read them you will have no choice but to see that they are too intelligently thought out not to be) will refer to a book about Machiavelli and Montesquieu having a conversation in hell. Don't let that dissuade you. In fact google what I just wrote and read the forward of the book. The author tells that he is using the two characters in the book basically because he thinks that if he came out and told it, people would not take it for what it is. he cautions for the reader to read it very carefully. He says that in this way if the reader sees the similarities of the real world, it will seem more like the reader himself has come to this conclusion. which is actually pretty smart. The people that refer to this book when the protocols are mentioned think that we aren't smart enough to read the forward of the book.
