Code Pink's Tail Stops Wagging

Code Pink is going out of business. According to Indy-Bay, the anti-war radical web site dedicated to all things stupid, the Communist Pinkos can't take it anymore:
We must close our CodePINK office, 1248 Solano Ave., Albany. Come to our EVERYTHING MUST GO Moving Sale from noon until 7:00pm Tuesday Oct 28th thru Thursday Oct 30th!
All the office furniture, display cabinets, tschotkes, and all the wonderful outdoor furniture and fixings as well – not to mention CodePINK memorabilia and merchandise – will be on sale!
Come get your treasure and help us close this part of our chapter.
Anyone looking for smelling furniture and communist memorabilia is urged to run – not walk – to Bezerkly, CA.
A huge bit of the credit for their swift retreat must go to Move America Forward, the troop support organization dedicated to confronting these radicals wherever they show their ugly, made-for-Halloween faces. So, thank you Melanie Morgan and the patriotic Americans in MAF.

Why are they closing up shop in Berkeley? And where are they going? Surely we don't believe that they've disbanded and will soon disappear! May be a publicity stunt, maybe not. But like gnawing termites looking for constant nourishment, these Pinkos have simply moved on to another structure, a bigger dwelling. Watch where they show up next…

Code Pink and Camp Casey go down as originally well intended organizations that get hijacked by some pretty nasty individuals. As I understand it, the folks trying Cindy Sheehan to run for office had no idea her son was killed in the military.

NY David, Camp Casey was a publicity stunt that was done with out the permission of the families of the Soldiers who's names were on the crosses and that both angered and hurt MANY of them. Cindy Sheehan has had a political agenda from the start. Her claims as to why she was protesting were not valid. The President had already met with her. It is my understanding that not every family has that privilege even once. And if the folks who are backing her didn't know her son had died in the war then I'd have to question their qualifications as well as their ignorance level. You would have had to be living under a rock for the last three years or so, not to have known. Way to vet your candidate.
