CJ Welcome to Shreveport: Your rights are now suspended

February 17th, 2010 by CJ

Got this from the National Association for Gun Rights, one of the right-wing extremist groups I belong to that defend our constitutional rights to keep and bear arms. It's so unbelievable I had to share.

According to Cedric Glover, mayor of Shreveport, Louisiana, his cops "have a power that [. . .] the President of these Unites States does not have": His cops can take away your rights.

And would you like to guess which rights he has in mind?

Just ask Shreveport resident Robert Baillio, who got pulled over for having two pro-gun bumper stickers on the back of his truck — and had his gun confiscated.

While the officer who pulled him over says Baillio failed to use his turn signal, the only questions he had for Baillio concerned guns: Whether he had a gun, where the gun was, and if he was a member of a pro-gun organization.

No requests for a driver's licence, proof of insurance, or vehicle registration — and no discussion of a turn signal.

Accordingly, Baillio told the officer the truth, which led the police officer to search his car without permission and confiscate his gun.

However, not only does Louisiana law allow residents to drive with loaded weapons in their vehicles, but Mr. Baillio possessed a concealed carry license!

What does such behavior demonstrate, other than transparent political profiling — going so far as to use the infamous Department of Homeland Security report on "Americans of a rightwing persuasion" as a how-to guidebook, no less?

Mr. Baillio made no secret of his political affiliations: An American flag centers a wide flourish of pro-freedom stickers and decals on his back windshield.

In fact, when Baillio asked the officer if everyone he pulls over gets the same treatment, the officer said no and pointed to the back of his truck.

Baillio phoned Mayor Glover to complain about this "suspension of rights" only to find that his city's morbidly obese "commander in chief" was elated at the story: According to Glover, Baillio got "served well, protected well, and even got a consideration that maybe [he] should not have gotten."

Thankfully, Mr. Baillio recorded a good bit of that phone call. You can watch a video with the transcriptions here. I've reproduced a chunk of the call below:

Baillio: (in the context of being asked about the presence of a gun) Well, I answered that question honestly, and he disarmed me.

Glover: Which would be an appropriate and proper action, sir. The fact that you gave the correct answer — it simply means that you did what it is you were supposed to have done, and that is to give that weapon to the police officer so he could appropriately place it in a place where it would not be a threat to you, to him, or to anyone in the general public.

[. . .]

Glover: My direction to you is that, had you chosen not to properly identify the fact that you had a weapon and directed that officer to where that weapon was located; had you been taken from the vehicle, and the officer, in the interest of his safety, chose to secure you in a safe position, and then looked, found, and determined that you did, in fact, have a weapon…then, sir, you would have faced additional, [inaudible], and more severe criminal sanctions.

Baillio: So what you're saying is: I give up all my rights to keep and bear arms if I'm stopped by the police: Is that correct?

Glover: Sir, you have no right, when you have been pulled over by a police officer for a potential criminal offense [which would be what?! - DB] to stand there with your weapon at your side in your hand [Baillio's weapon was nowhere near his side or his hand, and Glover knew that. - DB] because of your second amendment rights, sir. That does not mean at that point your second amendment right has been taken away; it means at that particular point in time, it has been suspended.

Will Grigg from ProLibertate, an excellent freedom blog, has this to say:

According to Glover, a police officer may properly disarm any civilian at any time, and the civilian's duty is to surrender his gun — willingly, readily, cheerfully, without cavil or question.

From Glover's perspective, it is only when firearms are in the hands of people other than the state's uniformed enforcers/oppressors that they constitute a threat, not only to the public and those in charge of exercising official violence but also to the private gun owner himself.

NAGR spoke with Mr. Baillio, and he told us that he's in the process of securing the official procedures and codes for firearm handling and private property confiscation for the Shreveport police department.

So far, the city has been half-heartedly cooperating with him.

"I felt sick," Baillio told NAGR. "My uncles didn't die for this country so I could surrender my rights like a wimp. I felt terrible. I was just thinking of all that my family has done for freedom in this nation — including dying — and here they are disarming me at a traffic stop."

What to do?

1. Read Luke's commentary here, and participate in the discussion by leaving a comment.
2. Send this around. This kind of behavior cannot go unchecked.
3. Call Mayor Glover's office to complain: (318) 673-5050.

I'll leave you with one last consideration. As a licensed firearms instructor in charge of a hundred different students every month, I'm often asked if citizens should voluntarily inform police officers of the presence of a firearm during a routine traffic stop.

While different states have different laws, my answer for Colorado citizens is an emphatic "No": Colorado law doesn't require you to volunteer that kind of information, and this case in Louisiana proves why, if at all possible, you should never invite trouble by doing so.

For Liberty,

Dudley Brown
Executive Director
National Association for Gun Rights

P.S. NAGR maintains a gun rights blog that our members use to keep abreast of current gun rights developments.

CJ The Next Level of Nigerian Scams

February 16th, 2010 by CJ

Just when you think that those scammers on the African continent have thought of it all, they're working a new tactic: targeting the peacenik hippies! Here's the latest strategy they're using and it, frankly, makes me laugh.

President/C.E.O.

Good Day.

It is my pleasure to request for your honest assistance. This request may seem strange but I will crave your indulgence and pray that you view it seriously.

My name is Mr Khan from Pakistan. protocol officer to the Jundollah Militant Group in Pakistan.

Due to the Pakistan Army's offensive in South Waziristan, I was mandated by a senior JMG leader to purchase arms and ammunition from a private dealer in

Russia worth Ten Million American Dollars Only. The said amount was moved through Iran boarder on the 17Th of December 2009 to Russia.

It was quite unfortunate that upon my arrival in Russia, I decided to change my mind against purchasing of arms in the name of war. I have succeeded on

diverting the fund into a security storage company through a help of UN staff.

I pray to God to forgive me for all the innocent people killed during my service to the JMG force. I have promise my self and God never to involve in

any form of services to humanity through out my life time.

In view of the above, I will never like to go back to Pakistan again because of my life and wish to invest this funds under your umbrella and supervision.

I will also seek your assistant to help me secure traveling documents for my wife and two children.

In summary.

I needed your assistant and protection to the funds.

I will highly appreciate it, if my request is given utmost priority and consideration.

Greetings,

Mr Ali Khan
Email: a23ki@rediffmail.com

Where's Alec Baldwin's wallet when we need it?! Seriously, though, they may actually start making quite a bit of money. The peace movement is dumb enough to fall for it and have no problem sending their welfare checks to a "worthy cause."

CJ Ranger Up Supports Soldiers' Angels

February 16th, 2010 by CJ

If you've ever even considered buying something from my favorite military-themed t-shirt connoisseurs at Ranger Up, now you have no excuse!

Tomorrow, Ranger Up is launching the first ever Ranger Up Charity Day. They're donating 20% of all of tomorrow’s sales to a very deserving organization – Soldiers’ Angels.

Soldiers’ Angels also some details about the event on their website. So, get off your ass and start working on that birthday and Christmas list for this year and buy some shirts! I've practically replaced my entire wardrobe with Ranger Up gear. As a matter of fact, I think the only thing they don't make that I need are suits.

So, Ranger Up, if you're listening: you'd start making some suits if you knew what was good for you! And cool ties! Holy cow, I could use some killer Ranger Up ties!

Pay no attention to the date, it's wrong! The date is February 17th, I promise.

CJ Rufus The Hero Dog

February 16th, 2010 by CJ

Soldiers' Angels Germany blog has a GREAT and inspiring story up today.

Five Soldiers from Newnan, Georgia-based Bravo 2-121 were wounded in the attack. But no one was killed, and the Soldiers say that's because their dogs Sasha and Rufus attacked the intruder when he tried to enter their barracks.

The interesting thing about this story is that the military has long had a policy against adopting stray animals while deployed. I can't help but cringe to wonder how many of our troops would be dead without these animals! Maybe we oughta rethink this policy.

Guard dogs can't be beat. On our farm, we have dogs that are good for nothing but barking when people pull up to the house. We know when the mailman comes, when someone comes home, when someone is creeping around the house, etc. Of course, sometimes they bark at that rascally raccoon I can't seem to capture and kill, but for the most time they are great guard dogs. They're not vicious, just alert us when something out of place happens. I've woken up a few times locked and cocked patrolling the house looking for the source of the barking. I'd rather come up empty 100 times than have someone there the one time I don't get up.

Anyway, read the story here.

Marcus Team Rubicon Haiti Documentary

February 16th, 2010 by Marcus

If the above video didn't leave you begging for more, I don't know what is wrong with you.

Team Rubicon bridges the critical time gap between large natural disasters and conventional aid response. We provide vanguard medical care by fielding small, self-sustaining, mobile teams of specially skilled first-responders. To deploy rapidly, we rely heavily on a horizontal command structure, social networking technology, and the employment of local nationals.

Team Rubicon was co-founded by former Marines Jake Wood and William McNulty, and Milwaukee Firefighter Jeff Lang and with enough support the above will only be a trailer of a full length documentary of what they did in Haiti to help.

I've been a horrible brother in arms to Jake and William by not covering them here at ASP, but luckily the boys at Blackfive stepped up to the plate and put in the hard work for me. Please, go read about them. Then go donate so they can continue their missions when the next disaster strikes.

I'm actively working on making up for my past mistakes. I won't give details just in case it doesn't work out, but stay tuned.

CJ On Don't Ask, Don't Tell

February 15th, 2010 by CJ

A friend sent me an interesting article that was written by a retired Naval Captain (Colonel for the sister services) on recent comments by Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Admiral Mike Mullen. I won't comment directly on the letter as I don't want another 2009 for expressing my opinions specifically on this hot topic, but I will say that the writer brings up topics I've discussed both here and on the You Served Radio Show before. Mainly, if we allow homosexuals to serve openly, where do then draw the line on "moral" behavior? Will incest and bestiality then be tolerated? And I don't mean incest between a father and his 12-years, so I'll ask my instigators to be intelligent, if possible. I'm talking about two cousins marrying, brothers and sisters, etc. All of which I think is wrong, but I also think homosexual behavior is wrong. I won't judge those that engage in it, I just think it's wrong. I think drinking is wrong too, but that doesn't mean I don't have friends that drink! Anyway, here's the letter. Discuss among yourselves.

Note: some language may not be appropriate for young eyes (no profanity, though).

Marcus Marjah Has Begun

February 13th, 2010 by Marcus

MARJAH, Afghanistan — Bombs and booby traps slowed the advance of thousands of U.S. Marines and Afghan soldiers moving Saturday through the Taliban-controlled town of Marjah — NATO's most ambitious effort yet to break the militants' grip over their southern heartland. NATO said it hoped to secure the area in days, set up a local government and rush in development aid in a first test of the new U.S. strategy for turning the tide of the eight-year war. The offensive is the largest since the 2001 U.S.-led invasion of Afghanistan.

God speed, brothers, and kick some ass.

CJ More Stolen Valor?

February 12th, 2010 by CJ

Where will it end? The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are making some people jealous that they can't or won't get a piece of action. More and more Americans are donning military uniforms and parading around in uniforms and decorations they haven't earned.

The most recent appears to be a Major General Baxter. This Ain't Hell has the full scoop, but here is one of the images of Baxter. Check out This Ain't Hell for all the details.

major general baxter

Do you know this man? He's sporting the Silver Star, Bronze Star, and four Presidential Unit Citations.

CJ Severe Clear (A Movie Review)

February 12th, 2010 by CJ

Not long ago, I was sent a documentary about Marines from 1st Battalion, 4th Marines. The documentary was shot and narrated by 1st Lieutenant Michael Scotti. Inspired to enlist after the death of a high school classmate, Scotti joined the Marines in hopes of avenging the deaths of so many innocent Americans lost on September 11, 2001.

Severe Clear provides viewers with an in-depth glimpse into the life of a Marine at war, and the unwavering loyalty that the few and the proud possess. The film makes no judgment on the war; rather it explores the unique bond that warriors forge, and their quest to ensure the continued safety of their country by fighting so valiantly each day. With footage shot by Scotti and his fellow Marines using a handheld camera, Severe Clear offers an up-close look at what soldiers endure each day, the raw sounds of war, heart wrenching casualties and their insatiable drive to complete the mission at hand.

The movie is what you would expect to be shot by a Marine – raw, profanity-laced, and in your face. Scotti documents periods of boredom with spikes of combat, frustration, and confusion. The movie traces 1/4 Marines from home station to Kuwait, then their onward northern push to Baghdad. It's intense and blistering in its unapologetic look at real life combat as seen by a group of battle hardened Marines. Reminiscent of Stanly Kubrick’s Full Metal Jacket, Severe Clear is the real Hurt Locker, allowing viewers to see firsthand the adrenaline rush and moral conflicts that arise during the heat of battle, keeping you on the edge of your seat throughout the entire film.

I couldn't help but bite my fingernails as I witnessed the path of these Marines as they fought their way north to the east of my unit at the time, the 3rd Infantry Division. I recall some of those same BBC reports intertwined within the film and found myself whisked back into the smokey stench of Iraq combat. While technology has yet to capture the true sights, sounds, and smells of combat, Severe Clear comes the closest I've honestly seen yet. It's the first movie I've seen of the main assault into Iraq from the Warrior's point of view, shot entirely by troops.

Scotti does a great job narrating the film and provides insights into his personal journal during weeks of combat. Marines speak freely about their opinions of situations in which they're placed. Many media misconceptions and outright public falsehoods are laid to rest by the movie. For example, as the Marines pour into Baghdad, the camera pans across hundreds of smiling, approving Iraqis as they convey their thanks for the freedom these brave men have just brought to their country. It's a site you have to be there to truly appreciate.

Severe Clear will be screened in New York and Los Angeles in March, and they are exploring opportunities to screen the film for military audiences and their families as well, as the film will give family members a greater understanding of what their loved ones go through. It's gritty, though, and some family members may find the movie too honest and gripping in detail. But, for those that truly want to know what combat is like from "a Soldier's (or Marine's) perspective," you can't get much closer than Severe Clear.

If you'd like the movie shown in your neck of the woods, get some friends together and go to the Severe Clear website. On the righthand side of the page is a "demand it" feature for possible screening locations. You can also Watch the First 3 Minutes.

Author's Note: I was provided with a free advance copy of this movie from which this review was written. I was not offered any special consideration or compensation for writing a review, positive or otherwise. The opinions expressed in this review are solely those of the author and do not reflect the views of any branch of government or the makers of Severe Clear.

CJ Biden Claims Victory in Iraq

February 11th, 2010 by CJ

Last night on Larry King, Vice President Joe Biden said Iraq "could be one of the great achievements of this administration. You're going to see 90,000 American troops come marching home by the end of the summer. You're going to see a stable government in Iraq that is actually moving toward a representative government."

Now, I'm going to agree and disagree with this statement. In a sense, it will be one of the great achievements of this administration. Perhaps the only one. Things haven't gotten WORSE under President Obama, which is definitely an achievement and one that should be credited to his administration. However, to give this administration credit without deference to the previous one is shameful and petty by the Vice President.

In 2006, former President George W. Bush announced he was sending in 20,000 additional troops to calm the sectarian violence plaguing Iraq. The so-called "surge" was designed to put troops on the ground for an offensive that would (and did) crush the insurgency and provide breathing room for the fledgling Iraqi government. During the debates on this policy, then-Senator from Delaware, Joe Biden, made the following impassioned speech on the floor of the Senate.

According to then-Senator Biden, no number of additional troops in Iraq was going to end the violence. He also noted that General Petaeus is the "only one" that believes that the surge was going to work (time hack 2:00 in the video). Not long after that, MoveOn.org began a campaign against the heroic general in which they called him "General Betray Us." The surge worked. For those that say this war was not authorized by Congress, then-Senator Biden even admits in this video that Congress gave him the authority to take down Saddam Hussein ("declaration of war"). He also says that Iraq can "never be" a "central government that is a democracy." He continued, "IT IS NOT POSSIBLE. Mark my words!" This didn't happen in just the past 13 months since he's been Vice President. It happened under the previous administration.

Then-Senator Biden also announced a new and bold campaign to stop the escalation of troops into Afghanistan. He took an active role in trying to convince the country that allowing then-President Bush to send more troops into Iraq was a "tragic mistake" and would lead to conflicts with Syria and Iran. See for yourself:

Even then-Senator Obama stated in 2007 that he was "not persuaded that 20,000 additional troops in Iraq is going to solve the sectarian violence. In fact, I think it will do the reverse." And yet, it did work and it worked indisputably.

I don't have a problem with this administration claiming some sort of credit for the eventual pull-out of American troops from Iraq personally. I have a problem with them claiming the credit exclusively while obviously undermining the people responsible for getting it there the whole time. Politics is politics, I understand that. This is just blatant neglect and fictional history making.

Marcus McManus Goes to Court, Jockstrap and All

February 9th, 2010 by Marcus

Please note: This story on Michael Patrick McManus is rapidly developing. Please check the Michael Patrick McManus tag for the most up to date information.

We here at ASP love the American justice system. It really is a great thing. I think it is safe to say that a small tear comes to our eye when we see criminals being lead into court house showing us such a fine example of the walk of shame with a. . .jockstrap on their head? No, it really isn't a jockstrap. Wait? Could that be? It's General Douchy McChinPubes! Michael Patrick McManus had his first day in court!

Well! Isn't that just special? He is clean shaven, in civilian attire, and lacking the CIA with general star ball cap he was wearing the first video ready to see da man to find out just how much cash is going to have to fork over to free his hind parts from the cold clutches of the jail cell he called home over the weekend. The "jockstrap" on his head is just a bandage he picked up from the prison medical ward because he had a bit of a panic attack. I guess Bubba came to pay him a bit of a visit and it scared him just a bit. I can imagine him flopping around trying to get out of Bubba's bear hug and he manage to bang his head on the sink, then the john, then the bars. Ouch! That's gonna leave a mark!

My buddy TSO over at This Ain't Hell, who should get a friggin medal for all the research did on McChinPubes, got a copy of all the court docs filed today. I embedded the good stuff after the break, but here's the good stuff. And when I say good stuff I mean, holy crap you've got to be kidding me there is something WRONG with this guy good stuff.

MCMANUS was previously convicted in U.S. Federal Court in California in 2002, arising out of federal criminal charges originating in Louisiana, for impersonating a U.S. “Air Marshal” and also impersonating a U.S. Army Major, both in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 912, He received a sentence of two years probation, which was later revoked for violations. At the time of his offense relating to those criminal charges, MCMANUS had been wearing an unauthorized U.S. Army Battle Dress Uniform (BDU) of the unearned rank of Major (and with fraudulent U.S. Army identification papers naming him as an Army Captain) with attached unearned patches, insignia, and awards, on board a commercial aircraft in New Orleans and also falsely represented himself to the flight crew as a current member of the U.S. military and an “Air Marshal”, and where he attempted to gain access to the plane’s cockpit. Due to the suspicious nature of his uniform and his suspicious claims to the flight crew, he was not permitted by the flight crew to remain on the flight. He was later arrested in California and convicted of these charges there.

Okay so first retard claimed to be an air marshal. Um, I'm pretty sure those guys have ID and have to present it to the flight crew if asked for it. I'm also sure that it is a pretty small community relatively speaking and that the flight crews have gotten to know them over the last few years. If you're gonna trust them to have a gun on the plane and defend you when the next shoe/gun/boob bomber strikes, I'd kinda like to know the guy, see pictures of the kids, and buy him a drink from time to time.

Next our brain child is wearing the uniform of a Major, but has ID saying he is a Captain. So, what? You just got promoted and didn't have time to make it to the DEERS ID card center to get your new ID? Please, that is the first stop everyone makes when they get promoted once they get promoted. I don't know about the rest of the people in the military, but I'd feel retarded pulling through the gate handing them an ID that says Corporal but I'm really a Sergeant. Poor Lance Corporal gate guard is going to say, "Have a good day, Cor-Sergeant. Uh…." Good on the flight crew for picking up on his retard games and kicking him off the plane.

It gets better! I was right when I said that there may be a chance he was in the Army at some point.

5. Official U.S. military records, which include MCMANUS’ form DD-214, indicate MCMANUS entered on Active Duty with the United States Army on November 11, 1984 and separated on March 31, 1987. During this period, MCMANUS attained the rank of Private First Class and a pay grade of E-1. The form DD-214 further indicates MCMANUS was awarded or authorized to wear only the following awards: an Army Service Ribbon; Overseas Service Ribbon; Expert Marksmanship Badge – Rifle; and Marksman Marksmanship Badge – Pistol. MCMANUS’ type of separation is Defined on the DD-214 as “Discharge” and the character of service is defined as “Under Honorable Conditions”, which is not the same as an “Honorable Discharge”.

So he enlists in the Army and does less than three years and never makes E4. It doesn't take a real quick witted person to figure out that he wasn't the best soldier on the planet. From what the FBI affidavit says, he made E3 before getting busted down to E1 and getting kicked out completely. Great job! But do you see any mention of a Distinguished Service Cross in his awards? How about a Bronze Star? Silver Star? Purple Heart? I don't either. Lying sack of crap.

The federal magistrate granted him a $25,000 unsecured bond. I would have liked to have seen him rot in jail, but oh well. Perhaps his stay over the weekend taught him a lesson or two. But judging from his list of priors I bet we'll see him pulling more crap like this in the future.

And how about I leave you with a little more required reading of the political nature? Guess where McManus worked for a bit spreading his lies about his awards and being an officer? Houston City Hall.

CJ Jakson Adams Is A Fraud

February 9th, 2010 by CJ

I've been writing about the military dating scams for far too long. Far too long. I've recently decided to stop just talking about it and actually get involved. I have a little extra time on my hands since I'm alone in this here garage for a few months.

So, I've started to converse with these morons. Interestingly, they're starting to disappear. It's amazing what happens when you challenge them. The key is to stick to one of just three questions to assure yourself that the person you're talking to is a fraud:

1. What is your AKO?
2. What unit are you in?
3. Send me a picture of you holding a sign with a heart around my name (for the ladies).

That first question is the kicker. I asked one guy to tell me his AKO and he sent me his first name. I asked him what that was and he said his user name. Ladies and gentlemen, that's not an AKO user name. The unit one is fun if you know anything about the military, but if you're not in the military do some research if he answers that. It's not hard to figure out if the unit he claims to be in is actually deployed (as most of the these scammers claim to be).

One such guy I've been messing with lately scams women by the name of "Jakson Adams," a Soldier who doesn't exist by the way. I traced his IP back to Africa and asked him about that.

Hello CJ,
I still defend my self and you don,t know anything about me. stop saying what you don,t know and don,t think you can put me to fear. I am who i am as i stated, and stop talking rubbish. You said i should,t contact the ladies again and i think you must come and get me rather than wasting your time over where you are. I reply this mail to you because i wanted you to come traced me.

Grammar is a major indicator of a scam. Very few Soldiers type as bad as EVERY SINGLE one of these scammers does. So, I asked two simple questions: What is your AKO and what do you do in the Army? His response? "I don,t have time for you." That was cut and paste by the way, comma and all. I explained to him that if he didn't answer these simple questions that the good "Jakson Adams" would be exposed as a fake. He didn't seem to care much.

Tell everyone that am fake. I don,t have time to prove my self to you. If i do what will i gain by wasting my time to prove who i am. I have a lot to do and please tell everyone that am fake because that is your job. try and contact [name deleted to protect victims] to send you my picture so you can past it at all the dating site including my name. i think that will make sense, don,t write to me anymore because i will not reply. i have giving you the go ahead and do what ever.

Well, "Jakson Adams" did provide some pictures that he most likely got from elsewhere on the internet. I'll publish those at the end of this post, but first my continued pressing into who this dude is.

You will just change your name to another fake Soldiers name. You just wasted more time not telling me what unit you are in. The picture you sent Trish is not you, it is a REAL Soldier. Someone worthy to wear the uniform. Someone who isn't a criminal panty waste who doesn't get scared from his own shadow like you are. Why is your email coming from Africa if you're an American? Can you explain that to me? That seems weird!! Oh wait, you AREN'T an American.

When you change names, I will find you again and post that name. You will change again and I will post it. I will continue to hound you because I now have your IP address and find you wherever you go! Maybe you should just start finding real ways to make money by actually working for a change. You can start by cleaning up elephant poop.

Hehe, I said elephant poop. He didn't like it, either.

You are a fool to tell me to start cleaning up elephant poop. I can see you don,t have anything better to do. Just write back to me and let me know the kind of job you will like to do. I said this because you are always on you computer doing nothing and i suggest you need a job. waiting

Well, you know me. I'm not one to leave a good scammer waiting. He has a lot of women to get to and no time to be waiting around on me.

Me: I'm in the army, unlike you.
"Jakson Adams": So you think i don,t know who is written to me? I do and just pretend i don,t know.
Me: Yeah, you're a great pretender. Like when you pretend to be a soldier.

For some reason, I haven't heard from him since. The same goes for "Christain Browning" that I was talking with for a LONG time on Yahoo Messenger who also "didn,t have time for me" when I continued to press for his AKO. He has oddly disappeared from Yahoo as well. Here are the photos of "Jakson Adams" being circulated among various women.

Now, "Jakson," if you're a real Soldier, I challenge you to leave a comment to this post and prove me wrong. I'd hold my breath, but I'm not ready to beat the crap out of Murtha's hellbound soul just yet.

Now as for the photos, a dead giveaway that they've been stolen from another person's blog or Facebook page is the size of the images. Typically, they won't be bigger than about 130kb, the size that most Facebook photos are edited to. If you the REAL Soldiers in these photos, please have them contact me.

CJ A Little Military Humor

February 8th, 2010 by CJ

I told some Officer vs. NCO stories over on the You Served Blog and wanted to tell a quick joke here along the same lines. It's Monday – SMILE!!

The Company Commander and the First Sergeant were in the field. As they hit the sack for the night, the First Sergeant said, "Sir, look up into the sky and tell me what you see?"
The CO said, "I see millions of stars."

1st Sgt.: "And what does that tell you, sir?"

CO: "Astronomically, it tells me that there are millions of galaxies and potentially billions of planets. Theologically, it tells me that God is great and that we are small and insignificant. Meteorologically, it tells me that we will have a beautiful day tomorrow. What does it tell you, Top?"

1st Sgt.: "Well sir, it tells me that somebody stole our tent."
